To ignore feelings is to ignore the soul, which in turn is to ignore life. I support you in starting to pay attention to your feelings. Stop running youself over! Let your feelings guide you in life!
The Body Screams Until You Hear It - Start Listening To Your Feelings And Stop Running Yourself Over!
When we work I want to include all levels of you. To ignore your feelings is to ignore the soul, which is the same as ignoring life. I assist you in starting to listen and to stop going against yourself. To me, all your feelings are completely accepted. It is only comming from that startingpoint that we gan achieve a whole curative and healing.
The Body Screams Until You Hear It
It is often said that the body screams until you hear it. This is to be taken this literally. If you listen to your feelings and give them outlet it doesn´t have to result in physical diseases and depression. You maintain what is you. Your part in the universe.
Feelings And Water
Feelings are often symbolized with water. Water can be polluted, troubled, running, dripping, rushing, fog, ice, boiling, bubbly etc. Have a look at our language: "boiling with anger", "icecold murderer", "waves of hatred" ... feelings is like water a medium - carrier of energies.
Unleash the Flow And Your Feelings
My outlook is that your feelings should flow without any set of values and without being projected onto other people. Imagine a barrage without flow. The water is standing still and becomes stale and deficient in oxygen. This is the way most of us live their lives. One of my aims when we work is to support you in opening the floodgates step by step and release the truth! All living should flow. Including us human beings.
Feelings Is Power And Potential
There is great potential, power and creativity in the release of stagnant feelings. Amusingly it often are the people interested in performing that are holding back their feelings because they beleive that it is more powerful to act from the head and the intellect. The head, that piece of goo and bone on top of the body. To act from the feelings is to let go of the intellect and the control. The truth, as I see it, is that the intelligence and the power lies in including the whole of man and in the extension all human beings. Everything is a reflection back to yourself. Nothing is happening except in yourself and you understand you must start with yourself. Take the step and seize the power in your life today!
