I will help you with leadership and leadership coaching. I use a holistic perspective. In order to lead others you have to have self knowledge. When you get to know yourself you also get to know others. I´m coaching you in the process of getting to know yourself. With greater knowledge about yourself you can use your leadership as a tool for personal development and maturing! My view is that leadership is a part of a much larger concept. It is an ongoing process of meeting and accepting yourself. In your leadership you have frequent opportunities to mirror yourself in others. Rightly used this will speed your personal development rapidly.
