Silence, tranquillity and relaxation

You have all the answers inside of you. How could you hear them when your mind is busy all the time with unessential matters? Turn the television off, meditate and do some relaxation in order to get down into your body and listening to yourself. Take a walk in the forest alone. Nature is standing there all the time as a powerful resource and it is for free. Resume contact with yourself. Listen to any of all the relaxation tapes available.

Death as motivation to really live!

There is no ending without a beginning. This is an unshakable truth valid on all levels in life. Why should this not be valid to death? Death is a part of life. Reincarnation was removed from the Bible a couple of hundred years after the birth of Christ. The men in charge didn´t want the people believing in reincarnation, because it is easier to govern the fearful. The church, which in its turn was a tool of power for the state, could use people´s fear of death as a means to rule. They created Heaven and Hell to frighten people to obedience and a "godfearing" life. Is it for instance not strange to buy absolutionS? What do you think? In our society it is almost impolite to talk about death. Oops! I mentioned it again!

Death is motivation and inspiration for life!

To me death is my greatest source of motivation for really living. How do you want to feel when you are about to die (because you are definetly going to)? Do you want to feel that you didn´t live fully? Do you want to feel that you have unfinished business that you are carrying with you? I don´t beleive you do. You choose today and right now how you want to feel when you die. It is good to keep death in mind every day as a source of motivation, strength, courage and beauty.

Fear of death is destroying Love

The conventions and the fear we have created around death are destroying love. Love and fear can never exist at the same place. Remember this! If you choose fear, you are also losing love. Feel ... is this really what you want?

Let go of illusions

One meaning of life is to grow as a human being. To grow doesn´t mean to earn more money, have a bigger house, bigger muscles or having more cars. It isn´t necessarly wrong to earn a lot of money. Far from it! It is good to have enough to get along and even so that you can save some money. To grow implies to live more and to see more of what is really taking place around you all the time. To feel the love of life and everything around you. How would it be to come to that feeling that small children have? The feeling that every day is an adventure and a motivation for happiness. A blank piece of paper. The feeling of wanting to get out of bed as fast as possible in order to experience as much as possible. That feeling is not reserved for children! It is your innate right! That fortune is for free and the only thing you have to do is to let go of all illusions, preconcepted ideas and concepts about how things work.

Enjoying sex

We have been given the bodies we have in order to experience enjoyment and beauty. When you have reached down into yourself you can also enjoy sex. To reach down into oneself is characterized by relaxation and that we stop reaching for performance. Stress prevents a healthy sex life. When you relax you are able to enjoy yourself and your partner even more. It is your birthright! It is natural goodness excisting for free for us at all times.

Competition

Competition is a way of thinking we must rise above! There is enough food on earth to satisfy everybody. Despite of this, 25% of the world´s population is living on less than a dollar a day. Every year seven million children die from undernourishment. The wealthiest 20% of the world´s population own 87% of the world´s cars, 84% of all paper and consume 45% of all fish and meat... But reSlax! There is food for you as well!
