Life is a school. The most important, as I see it, is my own life journey and the knowledge that I´ve accumulated during the lessons that life has offered.

Work Experience

Besides coaching, acting and education I have a past in different trades and occupations. Mainly within construction and transportation trades.

Acting Eight Years

In acting you always need to work with yourself. Even though this is not the mainpurpose you will inevitably come across your fears, feelings and resistance.

My Own Growth

On my own account I´ve been working with Psychosynthesis, Rolfing, Re-evaluation Counseling, therapies, many different forms of personal and spiritual growth. Not least of all coaching.

Pedagogue Two Years

I´ve been working with production, pedagogics and theatre training. This was with young people at schools and summer camps.

My Sources of Inspiration

A Course in Miracles, J Krishnamurti, C G Jung, K Stanislavskij, B Creme, my clients and my education participants, my friends, nature and everyday life as it looks from day to day. Just to mention some sources of inspiration :-) ...

Sports

I´ve been a top-level sportsman and coach for young people.
