Teambuilding For Kickoff and Other Events!

Do you want to have a well performing team? Do you want to develop your ability in front of an audience? Tommy use his knowledge as a coach, educator and actor to help you build the group. In a natural way the people in th group get to know each other. Your goals with teambuilding is determined in advance and from your vision the process is customized for your company or organization.

What You Get

We work with excercises and processes that give self knowledge and self confidence. The participants come to increased understanding for the relationships between people. The ability to receive and give constructive feedback is sharpened. Because everybody is in it together, respect is created among the participants, wich breeds security and affiliation in the group. During the training a creative, accepting and supportive workgroup builds up.

Actor training

The work an actor does to build up his or her instrument is called actors training. In this many parts are included. Just to name some words and properties that are associated with actors training:

Voice, movement, breathing , presence,
stagepresence, honesty, flexibility, communication,
courage, strength, exposure, co-operation,
listening, creactivity ...

In a playful manner we take on the actor´s work on stage. In working with this complex of problems many situations and problems occur which easily can be transferred to a workgroup or a group of personel.

Coaching

Coaching and the practical experiences out of this work are important components in this teambuilding. As a coach Tommy work with private clients, couples, families and groups. Every training is customized for each group. It is very important to never be a slave under a stiff and harsh concept. Again it is the group and what appear in the encounters between people that are the most relevant things. From this point of view we also get the most value from the time and the energy we invest together.
